• The program provides grant recipients access to the Okta Learning Grant Subscription for 90 days at no cost.

• The Okta Learning Grant Subscription consists of one certification exam voucher valued at 250 USD and one premier practice exam voucher valued at 75 USD as well as access to Okta’s on-demand course catalog valued at 2500 USD.

• Both vouchers must be used within 90 days from the date you are granted access to the Okta Learning Grant Subscription.

• The program is limited to the first 4,000 grant recipients accepted into the program.

• The Okta Learning Grant Subscription access through the Program expires after 90 days, and there are no exceptions to this policy.

• Once the Okta Learning Grant Subscription has expired, a second grant will not be awarded under any circumstances.

Applicants must currently reside in the United States, and must have recently worked for a U.S.-based employer while residing in the U.S.
Applicants must have recently worked in an information technology or software development role.
Applicants must have had their employment terminated after May 31, 2022 and continue to be unemployed at the time the applicant submits the online application.- The subscription access through the grant expires after 90 days, and there are no exceptions to this policy.

- Vouchers must be used within 90 days from the start of the grant.

- Once the grant has expired, a second grant will not be awarded under any circumstances.

• Applicants must currently reside in the United States and must have recently worked for a U.S.-based employer while residing in the U.S.

• Applicants must be currently unemployed or employed part-time at the time the applicant submits the online application. Individuals who are currently employed full-time are not eligible for the program.

• Applicants who are veterans or military spouses must be unemployed or transitioning from the military.

• Applicants who are cybersecurity students must be currently enrolled in a cybersecurity training or education program at the time the applicant submits the online application. (Note: The student track is restricted to current students; however, alumni who are unemployed or working part-time remain eligible to apply under the general applicant category.)

• The following people are not eligible for this Program: (i) employees of Okta, Inc.; (ii) the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members of those employees; and (iii) current employees or officials of any government entity and their immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings, and children).

• Applicants who are employed part-time are responsible for ensuring that their participation in the Program complies with any policies their employer may have regarding participation in grant programs of this type.

• Once approved, the applicant will be assigned a start date for the program. The applicant's 90-day access period for the Okta Learning Grant Subscription will begin on their assigned start date.
